What's your payment terms?
Payment term is 30% TT in advance , 70%balance against copy of BL. The samples payment will be 100% prepaid.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes, different models can be mixed up in one full container.
Can I order some samples at first to see the quality?
No problem, if your order is less than 10 pcs, we need to charge some extra sample fee, the amount is based on your specific quantity, when your orders reach 1*40′ container, we can refund you the sample fee.
What colors are available, can we attach our logo or brand on the bicycles?
We have color options, also we can change the colors and attach your logo and brand based on your request, please contact us to ask for more.
Do you have the e-bikes in stock?
No, to keep the quality, all e-bikes will be newly produced against you order, including the samples.
Can you change configuration for me?
No problem, we can do customize, so we can change configuration based on your request.
